Appearance: No physical attributes change, but an invisible, intangible chord attaches together Miran and the target
Ability/Power: Miran latches onto the target with his magic, connecting them together. The target cannot teleport or move more than a quarter mile away from Miran. The chord also prevents excessive speed and becoming incorporeal. All these qualities affect Miran also (ex. he cannot shadow jump or move through a portal, but neither can the target.)
MP Cost: 10
Cooldown: Miran channels this spell, keeping it on for however long he needs it on for, but the cooldown is equal to the number of rounds the spell was used. (ex. Miran uses the spell for six posts, so cannot use it for six posts.)
