The Neo-Organization is the third incarnation of an organization run by Nobodies. THough there motives might be shadowy that does not mean they are always evil, likewise are they always neutral or good. They are looking out for themselves so do not take these individuals as permenant antagonists. This is the group that Nobodies like Xemnas would be in. They live in the Castle that Never Was in the World that Never Was.
