Abilites/Powers:Will give living opponent's it hits minor frostbite in the worst case.
this will improve Xarion's ice manipulation
only Xarion is able to use it, if another person touches the hilt their hands will freeze.

Background: Xarion made it when he was tne years old out of pure ice, he concentrated his full will on it for 24 hours, making sure it would not melt, it eventually did not and he has been inproving it ever since.
