Spell Type: Ice
Appearance: Can freeze liquid that has been thrown or is already on an opponent.
Ability/Power: The ice can be broken like normal ice but it can weigh an opponent down if they get a lot on them. If it gets over the mouth and nose it can suffocate them.

Name: Frozen Breeze
Spell Type: Ice
Appearance: Shards of ice spin through the air, directed by a frozen wind.
Ability/Power: The wind itself can slow an opponent just by it's temperature but the ice can dig into injuries, ripping them open.
