T.I.O. clones itself, one forming the rotary reflector, the second becoming a cage, and the third becoming an atom. the opponent is trapped inside the cage while the atom splits itself, causing an atomic explosion. I remain mostly safe behind the reflector.

balance of power: causes me both HP and MP damage
